Our Young Professionals
Our Young Professionals Advisory Board (YPAB) is a rotating cohort of intelligent, ambitious, and creative young women and men. Aged 18 to 23, YPAB members are traveling on gap years, studying at selective universities, or embarking on their professional careers. Each young adult brings a keen interest in one issue of global significance that helps focus their own studies and international travel.
Through a carefully scaffolded series of design exercises, the advice of our young professionals informs our programming to ensure we address the most significant global issues affecting students today. This collaborative approach stands at the core of our values: to both inspire, and be inspired by, the goals and passions of today’s youth.
